Hello dear! I hope you are well. I visited your RUclips channel. Your content quality is very good but Your channel has very few subscribers. You have already published 171 videos. Your video SEO score is too low because your video has no high-volume keywords and no targeted keywords. So if you want to increase subscribers on your channel and get more views on your videos then you must recharge your content-related high-volume tag. Then the SEO performance score of your video will be better. And RUclips will show your video first in search results. So if your video SEO scores 80/100 by doing keyword research related to your content, show RUclips first in Google search because 95% of viewers visit the first video by searching RUclips or Google

On behalf of individuals with disability, many have been involved with desiring to become health care professionals (or are--e.g., physicians and substance use) and face systemic (e.g., structural, financial, legal, social) barriers to doing so. Individuals with disability are of all races, genders and ethnicities, and come from all income and status levels in societies worldwide. "Disability" is associated with poverty (and war, disasters), and US government programs have often made it difficult to retain assets and "extensive" health care while gaining and retaining substantial employment (e.g., nursing). People with disabilities may also face educational barriers, such as not even being given a right to finish high school (i.e., education lawsuits against US and state education systems), and barriers at higher education (separate data available). Recommend the National Council on Disability and Employment and Disability Ambassador programs of the US. Julie Ann Racino, ASPA, HHSA, 2021 Cornell and Syracuse University Alumni, 2021

We support integrated workforces in America (as opposed to black and white intermarriages as our primary goal to raise the position of "mulatto children" in America, and to "change marital money and inheritance"). At calling a spade, a spade in 2021! We have known for multi-decades that the goal of "dedicated workforces by race, gender and ethnicity"- are not the same "as that of the white patriarchy-admired leaders in America" which "opened the fiscal, education, employment, social and financial doors in America" to diverse populations. We also believed personally that people have a right to have health care of their own choice, food based on their culture, and services by people of their own choosing. Now, we understood that would "negatively impact the white workforces" of America (similar to Nation trade imbalances at US solar to UK contracts); however, we did not expect the "criminal reversals" ("what is good for the goose, is good for the gander") that we see today. None of the groups involved in ethnic, racial and gender policies are part of the reform of long term care (See, above; fund transfers by race, gender, and ethnicity as goal) which is called Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). However, those individuals that are in integration (See, wikipedia, community integration) tracks "have assumed the white minority positions" as their property from education in "white universities and colleges in the US". What could be more racist and unconscious then that! Now, the above panels are what we called exceptional back in the 1980s and early 1990s! The growth in ethnic, disability, and gender associations, particularly in the non-profit arena is worldwide, and we expect that "we will be starting with the above panels". In addition, the world base of 192 Nations (e.g., climate change) is largely what the US would term "minority Nations" (e.g., Mynamar, Yemen) and "the struggle to take out the world leaders" (e.g., United States of America) will continue. Julie Ann Racino, American Society for Public Administration, International 2021 3rd generation Polish American, and yes World War II did happen!

Believe it or not, the above is about Panel 3 which are the professional associations by race and ethnicity "which in America do not extend to European American professional associations" which "can be joined by any minority" professional. We assumed that right now (2021) we are not involved with Black American Medical Association next to American Medical Association, when obviously we are when the Black Democratic Congressional Campaign is next to the Democratic Congressional Campaign. Likely attempt at government and organizational "usurpation by race"! Julie Ann Racino, DCCC and DNC, 2021

Thank you for the second panel which was excellent! Delighted to hear that the Latino health care was prominent in the Clinton Administration network back in the 1990s, that New York State is the site of "disrupting disparities workshops", and that the LGBTQ workforce agenda includes nursing and long term care. Now, we regretfully agree with the economic free fall of millions of Americans, and good to know that US President Joe Biden will address the treatment of immigrants at the borders! Diversity, equity and inclusion (Racino, 2016) with the new diversity in government (blogspot/Community and Policy Studies, 2021), equity as a comprehensive agenda on wealth, status, income and "program areas" (e.g., housing, health care, education, above nursing-ASPA, 2016), and inclusion (from the disability field, to "inclusive governments, procedures and policies"). Today, new Executive level positions will and are being appointed as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officers. Panel 3 ("work the last two years"). one of the reasons there is such disparity among CRNAs is because CRNAs are generally previously SICU RNs. There is disparity among critical care nurses though that is somewhat changing.

The Campaign for Action is needed. First for cultural health, end subtle racism in health care providers. Patient advocacy and leadership in education is needed, particularly for Native Americans. Your recent research presents a declining Native American nursing workforce for many states with multiple reservations. A patient told me yesterday that nurses in the hallway presented her as "a typical Navajo" in a shift pass off. The health care organizations need nursing leadership, absolutely.
